Aims and scope
Revista Internacional de Investigación en Adicciones (RIIAD), published by Centros de Integración Juvenil A.C., aims to develop a platform for biannual bilingual publication (Spanish and English) of scientific findings from research on topics associated with substance abuse, addictive behaviors and related disorders, as well as treatment, prevention and public policy on the matter.
The scope of RIIAD includes medical, psychological and social science research, as well as neuroscience, and topics related to substance abuse, submited as original and review articles, brief research reports and reflections and experiences, evaluated by double blind modality.
Through this initiative, Centros de Integración Juvenil A.C. hopes to contribute to the dissemination of addiction science, as well as to stimulate the work of researchers on the field, in Latin America and the whole world.
Revista Internacional de Investigación en Adicciones do not charge any submit, evaluation nor publication fee. Also is an Open Access Journal, all published papers are distributed under the protection of the Creative Commons 4.0, Non-Commercial Attribution (International CC BY-NC 4.0).
